About Tri Delta
Tri Delta was founded by women, for women, in 1888 at Boston University when our Founders bravely created a new organization that would “think more of a woman’s inner character than her outward appearance.” Their vision has grown into the dynamic women’s organization we know today.
Today, Tri Delta is a network of nearly 250,000 women, and we are committed to lifelong learning through educational initiatives, transformational programming and relevant personal and professional development.
From supporting Tri Delta’s Foundation—which empowers collegiate and alumnae members through transformational programs, scholarships and emergency financial support—to supporting the life-saving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and local children’s cancer charities, Tri Deltas are passionate about serving others.

a letter from our president
Greetings and welcome to the Phi Upsilon chapter of Delta Delta Delta. As Chapter President, I am honored to share a piece of Tri Delta at Oklahoma State University. In 1962, the Phi Upsilon Chapter was established at Oklahoma State University, where we are proud to say that we are more than a sorority. We are community of strong, compassionate women, each bringing something uniquely valuable to our shared experience. Our foundation rests on three core principles: truth, self-sacrifice, and friendship. These ideals guide how we support one another and shape our lives. Kindness is central to everything we do. It fuels not only our relationships within the chapter but also our commitment to giving back. Each year, our members organize a variety of events to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tri Delta’s national philanthropic partner. This past year alone, we raised more than $40,000 to support the life saving work that is happening at St. Jude. With the help of Tri Delta chapters proud to say Tri Delta has officially surpassed its $100 million fundraising goal for St. Jude. It’s an achievement rooted in unity, passion, and a relentless drive to serve.Closer to home, our chapter also partners with Art with a Heart, a local initiative that gives children in area hospitals the chance to express themselves through art. We attend their annual auction, where each piece tells a story of resilience and hope. Supporting this mission not only brings us closer to our community but also reminds us of the power of empathy in action. Being part of Phi Upsilon has profoundly shaped my college experience. This sisterhood challenges me to grow, lead, and give with an open heart. I came to Oklahoma State in search of belonging, and in Tri Delta, I found a second family, one that inspires me every single day.Delta Love,Arin Bailey, Chapter President
